it should be launching soon, heard that it is utilizing a ballot system and all registrant will be given a code for that purpose.

Wah bro say like that..poor ppl where can afford to get 600k+ prop eh? not cheap with high commitment also le (unless wan flip to earn little $$)... hahajust kepoh kepoh only la, poor ppl like me can't afford this project haha For ownstay, prefer quietness & stay away from busy city with larger size n lower psf. worth it. For investment, definitely the busy the better lol. This proj seems like a good balance between luxury & nature (eh sound familiar? lol) Anyways, stil not sure this is leasehold or freehold? |
