Brother...I saw the thread few page back mention MRL.
So mention here lo. Forum is a place to discuss ma, if not correct, then please correct the info. Sorry if say something wrong earlier.

nice view... but facade all in glass? is it low e glass? or any special tinted glass? or else too much heat inside...

Very nice. But assuming smallest layout is 1142sf and price is RM750 sq ft, it's already RM856k which is out of my budget cry.gif Also, I don't drive ... finding a taxi to/from sale gallery is going to be difficult.

Guess I have to forgo this one and consider Section 13 PJ or Subang/USJ developments.

it should be launching soon, heard that it is utilizing a ballot system and all registrant will be given a code for that purpose.

i definitely love the concept but dislike that area as i can foresee it to be extremely congested with all the surrounding developments. saville could be a better choice as well due to a much lower price during its launch back then.

just kepoh kepoh only la, poor ppl like me can't afford this project haha

i believed the sales team are starting to contact potential buyers by now, you might want to contact one of them for more info as i believed infos are more concrete now compared to dec.

Cant compare the price where saville almost finish sold and going to complete in 2016.

Plus, saville was launched 3 yrs back where property price are relatively low.

Wah bro say like that..poor ppl where can afford to get 600k+ prop eh? not cheap with high commitment also le (unless wan flip to earn little $$)... haha

For ownstay, prefer quietness & stay away from busy city with larger size n lower psf. worth it.
For investment, definitely the busy the better lol. This proj seems like a good balance between luxury & nature (eh sound familiar? lol)

Anyways, stil not sure this is leasehold or freehold?
