211 units X 70% X 1/2 = 74 units for us, 20,000 registrants i.e. 0.4% success rate.
Wonderful, like trying to strike lottery. Can forget this project already.

They already started with aggressive registration for more than a year, in between participated in several property exhibtion, now somemore ask previous registrants to "refresh "registration" to gauge whether they are still keen or play play only First time I hear "refresh registration"...
