according to SA, balloting..30% bumi. 70% non bumi.
50% from the 70% is reserved for internal staff ballot. remaining leave for you guys.. happy balloting. |

211 units X 70% X 1/2 = 74 units for us, 20,000 registrants i.e. 0.4% success rate.
Wonderful, like trying to strike lottery. Can forget this project already. |
