hi,that day sa told me maintainance fee rm0.33 + 10% sinking fund become rm0.363 psf
today he call me again said already change rm0.33 including sinking fund

in cheras area more than rm0.30 psf for me, is really expensive

ya, so far..is the highest rate as I know for residential unit.., I mean not at the true prime area..

the green terrain only 20sen, (actual is 18sen I think).. of cos, GT only come with veryyyyyyyyyy basic facility.
Met the agent last 9. The main adv, to me is, it will be completed same together with the MRT , not bad is it?...

yes, GT service charges is confirmed at RM0.18psf and sinking fund is RM0.02.
