I think the high maintenance fee due to its many facilities and parks. GBI rated buildings are not really pocket friendly. Their technology usually needs high maintenance that is why not really sustainable. Also its large facade and park with the bubble pool should take up a lot of maintenance =)
anyways.. wanna confirm the walking distance to mrt thing. Which mrt is it referring to? Suntex or Phoenix? i don't see a way to go through except the high way.. |

Saw the post on Property lifestyle FB page.
Some commented the SA claimed it's only 800m distance to Cheras Sentral mall which is not true. Exclusive agent should be DO realty. |

How near to MRT phoenix plaza? Walkable? Hot hot selling point if walkable.
good thing is lower density than CT. No weird weird layout macam some CT units. Layout Overall quite standard. According the masterplan still have many green on the right side near security guard area... That Huge piece of green land is under GR compound? For camping use? Hopefully this GR gonna be really high end, not like the Green Terrain, looks so...Low/medium end. |
