Green Terrain can be seen along Cheras-Kajang Highway after RM1 Batu 9 toll if you are heading towards Kajang direction. Just opposite Petronas across the highway.

Hmm.. judging from the direction, it is around the area of Taman Bukit Cheras/ Cheras Mas.

They have appointed main contractors for TheLeafz Project. Personally feel like they are copy the concept from theleafz for Green Residence.

If not mistaken theleafz psf price is RM470 and green residence is RM530 psf.

Any more details like layour floorplan masterplan and so on?
SA seems not interested to entertain me after i've rejected few meeting due to location too far and during peakhours.
As SA should just be aggressively find buyers and match our time.
