Chillout It's just a phone for god sake. Just have a look before accepting the unit. Mine (ex) runs perfectly with slight faint yellowish screen. Not really bothered with it. Hopefully my 2nd N4 is flawless as well.

Every phone out there have their fair share of issues... some widely spread, some effect very tiny percentage only... Just cross your finger and get it. Life too short to keep whining about it. Enjoy the phone...

oh wait. if not mistaken. iphone 5 also got bluetooth transferring problem all the time where it cannot transfer any file with bluetooth at all.

He forgot that bluetooth problem is for Iphone 5.

Not just iPhone 5, any iOS device are... crippled bluetooth capability even though the chipset is able to do it...

IPhone issue shouldn't be stated in a nexus thread... Here comes the bashing~~~~😁

I was currently playing around with my friends nexus 4 and just share with him what should he do if he encounters any of such problems.

On serious note, for me usually i buy what i need instead of what i want..my DHD died on me so need to get new phone, Nexus 4 out and suits me well

don't worry mate! i understand your concern. if you didn't have a genuine concern you won't have shared the list in the first place. it is a good list to check against when getting a new unit

btw are you planning to get one as well? or are you eye-ing for non nexus flagships?sama la kita. mine is Desire Z, not sure whether yours is newer or both models came out around the same time. but it is a big jump for me. from single core 512mb ram to 4 cores 2gb ram

i believe he not getting the nexus 4 because before this he plan to buy nexus4. because cannot wait little bit longer, he end up buying S3.

changed to CM now and let's see how's the battery performing~ =D

oh ya, btw, which kernal that you guys used with CM?

not an owner, and take all the effort to list all the problems so what your friend should do if he encounter any of the listed problem?

bro, u can use either motley, harsh or franco..but i guess motley are quite good *my opinion only

**mine is still on stock rom + stock kernel

my vote for harsh, latest build include gamma control, touch control etc

Well, actually gotten myself S3 and it got taken away by my sis ..so N4 comes 2nd

if you refer to several post behind, i bought s3 instead while waiting for the nexus 4 launch. and when i bought the s3 only then i know that nexus 4 was scheduled to launch the week after.

but then my friend bought this when it was officially launched so i just take some time to play around with it.

the community here is to share and not to quickly overeact and start blindly bashing. my idea is for that list to be pin at the front so that people will know about such issue and what to do when the encounter the same situation.

tried franco with minco, not that good thought. anyway, will use the stock CM kernal first and see how.

btw, nobody suggests Bricked kernal? It was very good back in time when i was using sensation.
