I've look on their screen when she registered me just now. I believe officially N4 plan as stated on Digi web... At retail outlet, they do make mistake in selling without plan, etc... Have to pay RM1499... too 'old' to get that RM200 rebate  As for now, my N4 running naked... Same as my previous phone (Nexus One, Nexus S, Galaxy Nexus)... One more thing, for those in Klang area that want N4, DiGi Bukit Tinggi still have plenty of stock. I've peek into their inventory list when I bought mine just now... hehhe
