Other than good salary, good reputation company, how about the communication among colleagues? Based what I heard from my friend, they used to speak mandarin, is it true?

bro.... u can call their office and enquiry for the interview....

i know their call center is currently looking for candidates to join....high pay though ^^

their interview is quite hard as far as i know.... knew that their headquaters located in china --> a master degree holder is employed as call center officer (hard to believe though)

there was a walk in interview somewhere early last yr but i missed it due to my FYP, after that i sent my resume to them and they called me up after 1 month, and 3 days later they offered me the post.

they dont give 5k as basic if you have only 2-3 years experience. they may give 2-4k

now 1 usd is around 3.5 ringgit. the USD40 does not include food and laundry, so if you are going outstation one month 40*3.5*30=4200 ringgit , and after food, you may end up with a total of around 2500 depending on individual.

then your total gross salary is between 4500 to 6500. bear in mind, you are sacrificing you time here in malaysia and going to countries that are usually belongs to third world categories, meaning not hygene and healthy. you have to bear the risk

there is no easy money. else no one will be leaving huawei. but the truth of the matter is labor turnover in huawei is still very high
