Very technical staff like OSI layers (in details).. switches and routers design fundamental, TCP/IP calculation, objective and subjective questions.

But the test is not everything, The interview is the one that determine your application.. Best luck to eveyone applying

I'm not sure whether the ericsson website still advertising the position, u can try anyway.. dun bother about the application due date and they might still need ppl.

Huawei, check it carefully before you decide to work over there....different ppl have different experience....Dun just think high salary mean everything....you probably work like hell....
But they are trying to buy the market(Telco), throw their price to damn shit....disrupt the telco market....Furthermore....they are not only active in Asia, they are around the world....

Ericsson, normaly they wont advertise in jobstreet....only either through their main website or through head hunter...

Maxis, they hire freshie as well, but only 1st class Honor degree...and for Fresh Graduate Program only....

3G ..... i only know only bout DSLAM and RDSLAM and little bit of MSAN ...which my current job..............

Hua Wei is getting really agressive, especially in the Telco industry. Ericsson is definitely looking for ppl right now, what type of ppl? dun reallly know, maybe 3G related, especially MiTV project maybe!

Fresh Graduate Program unless u are very execellent, MAXIS do hire fresh grad depends on position and ur academic qualification.

I myself is the best example, and i've seen fresh grad joining also

But is really tough to get employed by them as average position applied in jobstreet is more then 400 application.

Can I know what is the main criteria the interviewer from Huawei is looking for when they hire somebody during the interview?
Especially for the fresh graduate...

They have offices in 2 different buildings. 1 in KLCC, another in MNI Towers (5mins walk from KLCC). Just google for the map of KLCC.

I think this all depends on the position you are applying for. Every dept should have different criterias. For example, technical dept will definitely emphasize on your technical skills. You can find out from the HR that contacts you for an interview beforehand and to be safe, read up on all relevant info regarding your applied post. IMHO, fresh grads won't be evaluated too much on technical knowledge, other criterias like presentation, interpersonal skils etc will make a greater impact.

I had just went through 2 stage of interview in Huawei. 1st interview is at MNI tower, then I been told to go for 2nd interview in KLCC tower. The interviewer asked me to wait for 2 weeks. Now, 1 week gone already.

Mobile presale required alot of travelling to asia country and i think chances is high and good luck.
