IT is not the core business la, its an expenses dept. Not much OT, not much Bonus even if internal contract staff.

Core Members, 1 year 200-300k easily. Nuff said.

minimal package? as far as i know is basic rm2500 - 3300 .... allowance? entry allowance only rm200 or rm300 monthly.

How long does it take for Huawei to get back to you on the final interview outcome?

Heard approval would be taking place in HQ.

depends... soemtimes can be long sometimes quite short...
me last time know the outcome in 2 days... but offer letter preparation requires almost 2 months.

Bro not easy leh. Core member means you are indispensable to the team. Means ur boss all like u and depend on you. Customer also damn like you. If you beginner engineer, then slowly work your way up la. The cores are usually the project delivery heads, the account directors (Celcom maxis etc)

Huawei will pay well for those work dedicated people it seems? What about certifications, will Huawei compensate or free Huawei own certifications for staffs? Also, any staff discounts for Huawei products?

I have heard that Huawei practice quarterly reviews, Q1 good performance will increase Q2 pay by 20-30%, is this true?

yes, will pay well for those dedicated ur life... but not paid, is bonus will be good and it also depends.

certification ? huawei dont appreciate other brand certificate, so u can only dream to get own certificate.... compensate? what kind of compensate first? u will have the material to study urself.... for some cases, u may got chance to go china shenzhen for training , but dont expect good training quality. it sucks.

staff discounts for huawei product? never ever got

here do practise quarterly review, but never got such increment paid, pls visit www.mangmangtang.com or www.tunggu-lamalama.com.my
