Working in Huawei -- no work life balance, the decreasing trend in employee benefits and even taking leave have to see bosses' face. The China bosses have the right to ask you to shorten your leave days which makes you no choice but to burn your air ticket(s).

This sounds very bad, brutal.

Sacrifice what sort of things?
You mean they can tell you A then later on change to B?
If RM500 is not worth to jump, how much you reckon to be worth to jump?

QUOTE(raymondha @ Dec 26 2017, 03:03 PM)

How bad OT over there, but their OT or overnight migration should be compensated or added leave days right?
Can elaborate how is their OT there? How is manageable and how is hell? These are compensated OT?
