I think is not directly under Huawei but under another contract with Employment Agency like Kelly Services or iForte?

Then u need to really consider. Coz u are considered a contractor. Bonus etc is diff than Huawei permanent. Benefits are also minimal

I guess nowadays companies don't easily give permanent roles and only take in contractors; have to work for some time to be absorbed into permanent role?

They do offer the quarterly bonus/fluctuation service fee even for contractor. What other benefits that permanent role will get but not contractor?

Huawei no longer offering permanent staff role. They wanna cut cost and no headcount. Permanent staff get more benefits, increment (u listen oni la, no matter how much u dedicated ur life/time, how good u r, the boss f**king cakap business not good no increment then it is no increment. end of story), bonus, awards/recognition and insurance.

The paid is really good for fresh grad. which is around 3.7k-4k(included phone and transport allowance).

simple theory, high paid = high workload = no life = don f**king complain nanti

career growth = slow, 180k staff u mau panjat manyak susah = unless u angkat boss selalu. not the small boss, but big boss

MRO = no traveling, Huawei International = traveling

life will never be easy again once you entered huawei.
must consider a lot of things before that.

only if you're experienced ppl baru got chance to get Huawei Contract with yearly renewal basis.

time, family and health are things that you must sacrifice as china ppl define efficiency based on your OT even tho office hour is start from 9-6pm.

endless key task will coming to you right after you've finished that which assigned to you today or yesterday.
