Useless Position, doing internal financial work and deal with project team. If you cannot stand the stress from Project Team, you will be devour within weeks.

Judging your age, probably you are not a Senior yet. Unless your technical & soft skill is dam good. Senior is at least Hay Level 17.

If you are from IT Field with CCIE, there are much more IT Companies that will appreciate your cert as they can use it for bid / tender.

All the best wink.gif

if u having 6 years of experience, i dont think u can get hay level 17 in huawei. u max can get is only 16, but i believe mostly is only 15.
since u are ccie certify, then u better go other IT vendor company which more appreciate ur cert. like what other said, huawei got their own certification and they dont really appreciate other cert, that is my feel and experience too.

Hi guys, wanted to your advice on Hua Wei company. I read a lot of about previous post and noticed many has advise depending on the department.

I got offer for Technical engineer. It more like delivery/operation. Currently I am working as Technical support. I wanted to move on as I found myself stuck in my current role.

Hua Wei offer me as contractor. They didn't tell me what agency. Although they increased salary by RM500. The expenses is higher since it is in KL and based on what they offer, there is no bonus. My mandarin is weak. All other informations, they told me that they will let me know once I confirmed.

They told me, get to learn a lot and finding job outside would be better as I will be handling Linux, network, storage. They said it's relaxing job, no shift but sometimes need to work from 9am-4am which he claimed rarely happen.

Currently I can work from home but I start to work in Hua Wei, I can't do that. I wanted to know your opinion if anyone worked as Technical engineer in Hua Wei.
