Zzz...no news or updates on the GMS side, but a certain Edward Chan over at the Disgruntled page says he saw Pat Lu over at BU Centerpoint loudly complaining about the government and blaming them for everything that happened. Hilarious, considering that Pat herself was once an active member of Gerakan.

Its youtube worthy. He should have taken the video of her tirade and post it online, for the lulz..

All I can advise is that if you are suing any of these people involved in Genneva and they declare bankruptcy on you, get an investigator to check their passports to see where they have been in the last 4 years as they may have moved money into accounts overseas such as Switzerland etc.

Your claim to your gold and money may be jeopardised by the Doctrine of Estoppel (where you may be estopped from making future claims from GMSB) and you may also be in jeopardy of lodging false police reports in your attestment.

I would advise you to do the following :

1) Get an independent lawyer or contact the Bar Council immediately
2) Inform him or her of everything you've done thus far based on the persistent advice and coercion of the people mentioned above
3) Sue GMSB, Directors, Consultants, Senior Consultants to claim back all that is due to you
4) There are no short cuts. Be prepared for an arduous journey ahead
5) Advise your lawyer to contact the SC (Securities Commission) for a clawback application and provision which was done for the Swisscash scam

I hope the people are not STUPID enough to fall for it again.. There is a scheme which pays 2% per week!!!! Which goes back to the same reasoning I gave.. if I can make 2% per week sitting down in front of the terminal (PC) .. I will never have to work ever again. I will immediately invest RM100,000 into the scheme.. and get RM2000 per week and double my money in 18 months by reinvesting my profits too.. can that be happening to every one who participate on the get rich slowly scheme??

You may recall that Pat Lu used director fuelled $ to pay for daily advertisements to bring in the numbers to 30K likes. It aint cheap to advertise daily on FB - that's for sure. I recall mentioning it here a coupla months back and the next day, Pat ceased advertising. Similarly, when I mentioned that the victims were at risk of lodging false police reports at the behest of Pat/Dee, they then deviously (and quietly) inserted the exclusion clauses. Guess she ardently reads these pages..lol. Bloody masochist!

Ironically, Pat's advertising is a tad like BN using OUR money to pay for food & entertainment to bring in their ceramah crowds. Like Arubin said - Pat Lu is a pseudo ex Gerakan supporter who uses comtemptible BN like machinations.

If the numbers expounded by the Help peeps are true, I'm actually surprised it is only RM100K. I honestly thought it would be more. It's been an unrelenting JR/police report pressure packed constant coercion since Dec last year to scam these victims. I'm certain that Pat and Dee were severely disappointed in only scamming 2K out of a possible 60K victims. Dee did mention that the target was to get as many police reports as possible "to impress the judge".

The good news is that 58K victims basically told Dee/Pat to eff off and didn't buy their obvious scam within a scam.

Kudos to the good peeps at the Disgruntled page. The more peeps we can reach in highlighting these criminals, the better it is for everyone concerned. Not only the victims per se should be aware of these scammers, but the authorities and future victims as well.

I bet these effing scavengers are already planning how to dupe more victims at a latter date.

By all accounts, most of their victims are helpless uncles and aunties - which makes their crimes even more vile.

The GMS page was set up for the purposes of lying, duping, stalling, lodging false police reports (to protect the directors), enrich Pat/Dee/GMSB agents and to bash BN/BNM. Now that the formers are done and dusted, all that remains are the BN rants to humour the Pro PR chappies who are probably trying to resuscitate the dazed victims. Hey, everything other than the damned GMSB and its (illegal) agents has to take the blame for the predicament they find themselves in.

As mentioned in the past, that's all that page is and was ever good for - BN bashing - me being a pro PR laddie myself.

Little do these selectively confused laddies know that they're equally screwed if PR gets the mandate. Even more screwed, actually - since PR will uphold the rule of law with more integrity. And as I wrote in another piece, after revealing much about the Genneva scam, BN CANNOT and WILL NOT back down from bodoh threats. PR will go to town if they do so since everything points to a Ponzi scam.

The world needs every kind of people to make life interesting, Andrew Ng is just another one of the MANY types of people who has every right to share the earth with us. Can you imagine what the Genneva Fiasco Event will be like without Andrew's contribution. It would be boring and predictable!
