First one tells me he is from an Investment House in East Malaysia. They buy gold as investment for their clients. Genneva Gold is one place where they would buy their gold. (How can an investment house buy gold at 25% premium as an investment???) This is self deluding and trying to justify their action.

The other one was a lady who said, she invested into Genneva Gold because she needed to get a iPAD for her son!!! What has iPAD got to do with buying gold?? This one is pure stupidity and GREED.

Genneva Malaysia is DEAD, the filing of JR is nothing more than a plan hatched by the consultants with the hope of covering their losses with another scam to cheat the customers of their money.

Nothing is going to come out of it and they will be asking for more money very soon!!! this is a typical Nigeria Scam

2. How many forms collected

3. How much money collected

4. Who is holding the money

5. Who is representing them

these are simple and general questions, and you see those replying to his question. There are 4 kinds of people answering

a) Supportive of Precious Gold who also wants answers. This bunch will add more questions into their posting. Most of them are just noise.

b) Headless and clueless chicken and sheep, supporting the HELP Desk or HELL Desk. This bunch will invent reasons for not answering and try to make anyone who are against their views not welcome. CAN YOU IMAGINE.. THEY EVEN BROUGHT IN TGG AS THE ENEMY!!!!

c) Dee Casey or Ruth Magilath (and the admin type of people).. Hamtam you first by saying you don't know what you are talking about but they never give any answers.. just lots of authoritative NOISE which are meaningless.

4) Volunteers.. why are they there?? Are they being paid or what??

the last dateline given was March 7th 2013.. it is now end of March 2013, still going around in circles.. and these people because they are so deep into this matter now, there is no turning back.

Every instance when possible, I would include into my alter ego at GMS page to coax people to find out who is Dee Casey. To directly say it out, it is not possible. But to these people, they would trust a faceless avatar to do something so important which is to recover their tens of thousands of ringgit is beyond me. Until today, who in the help/hell/ helpless desk knows who is Dee Casey?

They just wanted to drag this as long as possible because there is RM50.00 to collect from all the sheep. Perhaps they have not got enough.

Lawyers are NOT DUMB. Lawyers are not greedy too.

Most lawyers do not behave like those on TV or movies. When they are asked to defend a case, they too will asses the case. If it is a no go but they still have to litigate, then they will ask for leniency due to first time, sole bread winner, got sick 87 years old grandma at home no one to take care, got 4 school going kids need their support.. etc etc etc.. they are not gung ho to fight the obvious.

If the robbers came at that time, I would not have the chance to even touch the money. So since I have not receive the money, the bank still owes me money.

How to proof?

When the robbers are gone and the police is at the bank, that is when you must make a claim to secure yourself as a claimant.

Otherwise according to the bank records, you have withdrawn the money from the bank. So you must stay in the bank to secure yourself as a claimant. When the insurance money is paid, you will be reimburse or the bank will reimburse you first while waiting for the insurance claim.

Now you know why, once there is a robbery at any bank, the police cordoned off the place and allow no one to go in. For safety as well as for administrative work later on.
