5 of Dee Casey's "prominent lawyers" have rejected representing us and said there's no way we will win against BNM.

Apparently, Dee Casey's associates will be filing a court action against BNM for mala fide. Some 3rd rate ex- DPP lawyers eager for $$$ will be representing us. We expect to lose.

Help Desk is now in the midst of seeking 20 "credible" witnesses from the consultants/customers for the court action. They are stuck at 14 now.

Total $ collected - RM100 000 from 2,000 customers.

They are trying to file before the election to put the "heat on BN".

Daily BNM bashing at the Help Desk using lies allegedly emanating from the Directors. The directors have allegedly given Dee Casey and the Senior Consultants the go ahead for the court action suit after trying the "soft approach" initially - allegedly trying to bribe a BNM officer.

And look what just happened to the price of gold. Whoops. So much for it being a 'safe' investment.

Of course, if Genneva was still operational, they would have claimed no problems whatsoever because of their super-secret blue ocean strategy that would no doubt have foreseen the drop and even allowed them to make money by short-selling when it happened.

On the other hand, now is a very good time to go into the market...

Actually, the so called "safe investment" is for when things go south. Like, when North Korea nukes KL. It's very unlikely, but hey, what if it happens? By then, if you miraculously survive, your paper money will worth much less than they used to be. But you still can trade for medical care with whatever gold you still have with you.

I was previously told that Dee Casey is a woman who was employed by GMSB to curry favour for the company and the directors at the GMS FB site.

She has obviously done her paymasters proud by lying, duping, stalling, staving, twisting facts, brainwashing the victims and averting all blame from GMSB.

Ironically, much like the BN method of propoganda.

Dee and Patricia Lu Pitt Chin (GMS Admin) have made a lot of empty promises and forcibly made the victims lodge police reports in the guise of them getting back their gold and money. (Their recent additional exclusion clause in the police report was made after they read my piece on it about a month ago).

I was also made to understand that reports have been lodged against Dee Casey for maliciously misleading the sheep and that she is running scared presently. Hence, her silence.

But like I said, karma has a way of getting back at the evil ones.

She will get her just dues for systematically duping the elderly victims and staving all blame from the Lokap SPRM directors.

Yes, I was told that some of the Help Desk volunteers know who Dee Casey is. Dee was present at Gold Beam during the JR briefings.

I was also infomed that the others who know Dee are Pat Lu, Catty Chong, Shereen Lim, Kavita Raj, Shanti Masilamoney, KE Goh, Philip Lim (Director), Lim Kah Heng (GM) and Tan Liang Keat (Director).

An interesting sidebar : 2000 victims paid RM50 for the JR. Now that the JR is a no go, they should be reimbursed. An offer and acceptance for the JR was made - not any other court action. What Dee, her 3rd rate lawyers and Pat Lu are perpetrating is tantamount to cheating. The victims should also be informed that the JR is off.

I was told by my friend that Pat Lu had deleted some comments and queries about the JR at the GMS FB site.

The Help Desk people were also directed by Pat and Dee not to comment at the FB site purportedly because the site is being monitored for all the malicious misrepresentations.

Pat and Dee are treading on dangerous grounds if they do not inform the victims about the JR. The Bar Council and various authorities have been advised to monitor the FB site.

2. JR consent forms were signed and police reports were lodged because of their continuous coercion and threats (including abandonment).
3. The RM100K should be legally reimbursed but Dee wants the $ for her and cronies
4. They want to keep up a charade to the sheep that everything is according to the JR Plan
5. The real reasons for initiating the "JR" was to dupe the sheep to :
a) Lodge police reports and stave blame from the company
b) Enrich Dee Casey and cronies
c) Divert the blame to BNM
d) Deceive the sheep into thinking that the JR was "the only way" and "the best way" to get back their gold and money.
6. Dee,Pat, Shereen, KE are running scared from the authorities for alleged malicious fraud
7. Dee & Pat are continuing to deceive the sheep by outsourcing their evil deeds to the clueless Help Desk people
8. Dee & Pat have accomplished all that they wanted and were allegedly well paid by GMSB to dupe, deceive, stall, protect the directors.

OPEN NOTE TO THE VICTIMS :

If there are no replies from Pat Lu (Genneva Malaysia Supporters Facebook Admin) regarding your JR application and payment, you are advised to lodge police reports and make complaints to the Bar Council.

You may also be in jeopardy of lodging false police reports based on the templates given by Dee Casey and Pat Lu.

They have deviously inserted some exclusion clauses recently without informing you and after you had lodged the police reports bacause of their compulsions. They have deviously told you to download the exact template in lodging the police report and now have quietly inserted these clauses in the aftermath of you lodging the reports here :

The clauses at the end of the page are :

A. There is no compulsion for you to make any police report if you feel you are not agreeable or not comfortable about it.

B. You do not need to make the report immediately the same day. Schedule it according to your time of convenience. You do not need to take leave from work just because you have to do it on that day.

C. You are aware that you are making the police report out of your own volition and you have only yourself to answer to for what you say in your report.

D. You may choose to make the report either in English or in Bahasa Malaysia.

E. You must be sure that you are able to back up what you say with concrete evidence. If you have nothing to back you up, don’t go make the report.

Pay particular heed to (E). Like I said, you may be jeopardy of lodging false police reports based on what Dee Casey and Pat Lu have told you.

"The illegal consultants have been hard selling the Genneva gold to their relatives and friends all this while. They would definitely continue to say that Genneva is above board - to state the obvious would render them liars. However much evidence is shown that Genneva is a Ponzi, these consultants will evade the crux of the matter. It is a very personal matter to them because they've been conditioned to sell Genneva gold with no compunction on whether it is sustainable. Nor do they care. The bottom line is commission."

From Dee Casey's lawyer : Court action has been shelved because they are bound to lose and BNM is still in the investigatory stage. The recommendation is that it will be good money chasing bad if they file. The lawyer recommends waiting till 1st October 2013 (the final date given under the law for the Attorney General to press charges).

No JR. No court action. No precedents. No case against BNM.

Pat Lu should inform those who paid over RM100K that they will be reimbursed immediately.

Pat Lu should also apologise for maliciously misleading them instead of being cowardly silent.

She should also return all their coerced police reports.

There was no valid reason for the police reports in the first place. The victims have been scammed twice

Update :

One group unaligned to Dee Casey and cronies have had their application denied by the High Court to compel BNM to release GMSB. Reason given was that BNM is still in the investigation stage and have till 1/10/13 to finalise the investigations. AG will have the prerogative to charge GMSB. Distribution of gold/money wil be at the discretion of the courts.

18 different groups are in the process of suing GMSB, directors and consultants.

Alleged bribery by GMSB directors to BNM officer still in investigatory stage.
