"Complaints received by MSWG are discussed in managements meeting held twice a week to decide on whether there is merit for the organisation to champion the issue.

For example Bushon said, while the organisation had received complaints on the Country Heights Growers' Scheme, none were received on the Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd case, which saw a reported 35,000 investors caught when the authorities raided the company for wrong-doing and froze its assets.

"Also in the case of Genneva, besides it being run by a private limited company, this was a case that had already been taken up by the authorities," she said.

Bushon pointed out the MSWG is not an enforcement agency, it is a voice of influence which has a role to alert the authorities of minority investors issues.

"I always envisage MSWG as a voice of influence, we bring up the issues but finallly its for the betterment of the investors community and company, its for the whole ecosystem. Like a barking dog you don't go and bite, we don't have the enforcement powers, so we don't bite but we can bark, we alert and I think that is very important," she said.

Advice to victims :

Apart from contacting the Bar Council, do contact this pro-active group to lodge a complaint and see how they can assist in your dire situation. They don't charge any fees and you have nothing to lose by soliciting good independent advice on how to proceed on your journey towards justice.

Dee Casey's third rate lawyer is an ex-DPP previously from the MACC.

Dee has instructed 8 of the previous Help folks to keep her identity secret and not to allow the victims to know who their lawyer is. Signs of another impending scam.

After being rebuffed by 5 lawyers saying they have no JR case, Dee and greedy cronies are set to dupe the victims of the non-filing RM100K collected.

Dee's lawyer/crony must be an imcompetent and hungry sort as evidenced from the low quality DPP's from the MACC.

Dee Casey and cronies have NO plans to return the 100K collected although the JR is off. They have told the clueless volunteers that it my be used for "legal disbursements and "hard work done so far".

The 3rd rate lawyer and Dee have also sent word to the volunteers that under no circumstances can the victims contact them personally to find out more about the money and the supposed JR - of which JR consent forms were signed). This clearly contravenes Bar Council rulings.

The volunteers are devoid of any idea what to do next but continue their BNM bashing in their phone calls. The volunteers also claim that BNM is anti-Chinese and they (BNM) are selectively prosecuting the Chinamen directors). This is so wrong on many counts.

For those who participated in this devious move contrived by Dee Casey and Pat Lu (GMS Admin), bye bye $$$, bye bye JR, bye bye to any future claims via the false police reports.

Lodge a police report after seeking independent legal advice to protect your gold/money. You've everything to lose by doing nothing and everything to gain by doing something for your own good.

BNM is not anti-Chinese btw. Lots of high-ranking Chinese staff in there last I looked. Not as much as CIMB but I would say its more than the average GLC or Maybank.

Dee Casey and all the others who persistently forced the victims to lodge false police reports in the promise that they will get back their gold/money via the JR have allegedly benefited financially.

Doubt the income will be declared. Just as their illegal commissions were presumably not declared as well.

The volunteers have been coached to shift the blame to BNM and stave off all questions about GMSB and the directors. They use BN-like mercenary tactics in using race as a seditious diversion.

I was just told by my friend who is a Genneva victim that the volunteers have told her not to tell anyone what they (volunteers) tell the victims about the non- JR filing, amount collected and other matters re GMSB. The volunteers apparently were told by Dee Casey/Pat Lu/Catty Chong/Shereen Lim to keep it very quiet.

So, I guess that Dee/Pat/Catty/Shereen do read Lowyat to see what info has been "leaked".

Authorities who need to learn more can call the publicly given Genneva Help Desk number at 012- 301 2509.

Please be aware that the Senior Consultant answering the calls at that number changes her stance according to what she's told by her "higher-ups" and tends to mislead about the "case progress", BNM and protect the directors.

Maybe recording her each and every lie would be a prudent idea.

Probably best to leave gender of the informant as neutral. At least it will add more paranoia amongst the scammer.

The paranoia amongst the scammers is already evidently predominant. For good reason as they're being investigated by the authorities - irrespective of gender disclosure.

They assume that by quietly bullcrapping more BNM sordid stories instead of confronting the real truth of the Ponzi matter they may escape our scrutiny. In the public domain where they remain cowardly silent and can't justify their actions and inactions - just like their dubious masters, GMSB - the vast majority of the victims already can see the devious methods they employ.

That would be the least of their hassles when the dust settles and these parasites are brought to book - either in the court of law or by being bitten in the rear end by the law of karma.

That is why I wrote on disgruntled Genneva FB page.

I think they did not collect RM100K, more like just a few Ks.

But very early on, I have written, there will be a second time RM50.00 and perhaps even a 3rd time RM100.00 request..

Once you have given the first RM50.00, you are most likely (65%) chance, that you will give again ..

This is how a Nigerian Scam works.. the very minute you responded to the CON, there is 65% chance of getting something from the respondent.

That is why there are so many Nigerian scams operating from all over the world.

This JR thing is a "Nigerian Scam" also known as "Nigerian 419 scams".

I wonder how these people live with their conscious.

This is a scam within a scam within a scam. Any customers reading this, please don't fall for it a third time. She is now targeting those poor souls again, retirees, kidney patients and others in dire need. Their evil and greed knows no bounds. The moment you come forward to the Helpdesk, you will be asked to PAY UP. They could have a nice luxurious trip to Switzerland while the poor sheep have to pay up. Nothing will come out of their so-called legal action. FYI, Lulu and Dee Casey swears upon the Koran, the Bible and the Bhagavad Gita that they will file a JR and absolutely nothing happened.
