It shouldn't be that long. Mine took 2 weeks in melaka. Try call the credit department manager of the aeon that you apply or go to aeon credit service center opposite dataran pahlawan melaka there to enquire

They kept my application form and didnt submit to the HQ for 1 week. Now it's stuck at the HQ. Will check again tmr

The statement supposed to be on 10th, but for this month its still on unbilled transcsation and no statement

It's very normal... just wait for the email statement/sms .on ly then you check your e-Statement

what take them so long to proceed cc application? applied 1 week plus ago in johor branch. called up to CS but get informed my details still no up into their system yet.

I just tried the self menu system and my application is successful, nearly 4 weeks since submission. Now waiting for the card centre to contact me for collection.

But yeah, finally got my watami sayonara OCBC Ti

wtf...applied for Watami card last Sat in aeon credit sunway pyramid and just called CS today and they said didnt receive the application yet...

have asked CS to follow up with sunway pyramid staff....really shitty service...if not for the 3% rebate, wont even look at applying at all...

Called up AEON Helpline.

Cannot send Application via e-mail. Says they need Original Hardcopy of Application Forms as records although I had applied online for OCBC and other Credit Cards before.

Went to their HQ with my Application Form and Pay Slips, BE Form etc. The CS asked me where is my KWSP Form,

I said, I have never needed KWSP Form for CC Before, I am not applying for a Loan. Luckily there was a KWSP Kiosk there else, if I left the Office, I would never come back again.

Hmm. the trouble just to get the RM150 CB every quarter.

AEON ppl, if you're reading this, please simplify your process.

luckily aeon is not a bank but just a company that provides financial or credit services (on top of their retail store). maybe this is one of the reason why they are still lack behind in terms of cc services.

Just to confirm, the quarterly rebate is according to the approval date right? So if my card is approved on 15 Aug (example), the rebate quarter calculation is for the following period:

15 Aug - 14 Nov?

guys, AEON branch really slow.. once i asked at branch, they said they submit application to HQ only once a week.. so if you miss the date, you might need to wait another week.. better for any application try to go or fax to HQ directly for faster response..

yes, you are right in your understanding.

To reconfirm, please check the Card Anniversary Date on your statement.

i use skynet to send my application to hq, menara olympia last thursday. they received it on last friday. today i call cs and they say they still not yet process it. they say need to wait for 7 to 14 working days o. why so late? any one work in AEON credit card centre and clarify on it. thanks

I just applied for the WATAMI card last night.

Hopefully will get it soon so that I can cancel my OCBC Titanium card.

Finally collected my card. My 1st classic card

1) Still no dessert voucher, so HQ will courier. Just to check, the voucher is worth RM30?

2) Anyone manage to set the SMS alert limit?

3) Can we pay bills (Astro) through the online portal (yet to receive my PIN).

4) Free 1000 Aeon Member points upon activation. This is not J card point, but is our credit card point and can be found at the monthly statement, right?

I wonder what's the additional RM50 cashback is for....
