manage to 'extract' 9k out of mbb2 on 8 july, juz after due date....hehe

now plan to BT to aeon after 10 august....(after aeon statement)...

so my 9k from mbb2 will start BT 1st instalment on aeon SEPT due on OCT 02

almost 3 month roling....can taruh fd earn kopi breakfast money + 45k TP + 9k aeon point.

if your transaction is not education/insurance/government, then yes, you earn 5x tp =45k tp. and your bt to aeon = 9k points.

My quarterly rebate is in but I received more than RM150. Since I am not able to view the statement yet, I guess the extra rebate comes from the Sunday petrol rebate. Very efficient!

I went to Aeon Credit Service counter to redeem 12500 points.

(1) I was told that I will not be able to receive the RM50 Aeon voucher on the spot. It will be mailed to me instead. Is this true?

So I take the other option, which is to redeem for cash rebate of RM50.

(2) I was made to fill up the redemption form and they also made a photocopy of my IC. Do you guys face the same procedure that the form need to be enclosed with a photocopy of IC?

(3) I was told that the RM50 cash back will be credited within 1 to 2 months. How fast do you guys get your cash back credited?

If all the 3 points above are true, that is one really inefficient process!

is it the same 12,500 points to redeem for cash rebate of rm50? this rm50 not necessarily for gst right? meaning that we can redeem it more than once in a year?

Yes, the same 12500 for RM50, not necessary for GST.

in that case, this rm50 even better! how do you know about this option? i didn't notice it earlier... i don't mind if they takes 1-2 months to credit to me actually. so when i have accumulated 12,500 points, i just redeem for rm50 cash. good.

The cash rebate has been reported here before.

Can you explain to me how is the feature of BT? Lets say I BT from UOB Credit Card to Aeon Credit card, how is it like?

(1) I'll choose cash rebate instead of voucher any time.
(2) I submitted the form w/o IC photocopy over the counter.
(3) Redeemed twice so far, took < 2 calendar weeks to get posted.

Yes, I have shared a few times in here on the cash rebates.. Go for it!

thanks. Damn it, the counter insisted on the photocopy of my IC! The form also contains my card expiry date and bears my signature.
