The only way to settle this is to refund in full to chin_kh. Price depreciation is not taken into account here because you didn't bother to reply him when he filed a dispute against you. How could he ask for a full refund last time when you didn't even bother to reply him ? It's either Dispute Tag forever or full refund. Your choice.

I rofl when i saw this thread. Apis had helped thousands of buyers avoid conmens and resolved disputes and he ain't even being paid for it.
You got exactly what you deserve when you decided to ignore your customer's complaints, and Apis is just reminding your potential buyers of what you did (AS SHOULD A MOD DO). That's all. |

if i were chin_kh i would either
1.reply seller PM in 8 months time 2.i will absorbed the AP phone and ignore seller and make him forever a dispute tag holder,heck i can afford a few ringgit to ruin someone else;s life since he is trying to be funny with me |

I feel very sad for him if all he said was true,got accused like him before without proof,of course we are humans,when there's dirt all over your name,its not easy to clean,in the end,the truth will be revealed,all you need to do is wait

Ive check chin_kh, he always online. Since TS said chin_kh ignore all the PMs, I think he never interested to deal with you anymore..
