Details of the complaint :

When you have a bias mod who always kacau your thread and abusing his power, there's no way to settle. My conscience is clear and i already attempted to lodge a complain but it was closed, http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=2616703&hl=. To simplify the whole fiasco..

1. I sold an AP set to chin_kh
2. chin_kh made a story i sold AP claim as SME
3. He opened a dispute thread on me
4. I pm apis and explain to him what's really going on
5. Apis sided on chin_kh and pakat to kacau my thread
6. I complain to Admin saying apis bias
7. Apis kecil hati and started to kacau my thread every day

That's wrap up the whole fiasco.

I just wonder, if I'm really a conman, why there was only one dispute thread which started by chin_kh and apis only? Why no others who open a dispute thread to complain about me since i sell so many stuffs here? hmm.gif

You guys heart is clear and able to view the whole rationale behind this evil plot by apis and chin_kh.
I will keep on complain both of them to the admin.... rolleyes.gif

Back to square one, explain to the public about ur previous case before u start this again, the link you provided help you nothing, just read the first page is enough, prove and answer to the public is what u need, but u never did, right?

lol complain about mod lol....its ur fault that ur case still havent settle until today u ignore complain made from ur customer. if u want to prove u are on the right side ....bring ur satisfied customer to backup u.

They do have the right to close this topic.

Here are a few reasons why:
1. This is a not a dispute topic. It's a topic created by suntzulee to whine & to make the moderators / staffs / admins look bad. Whereas they ARE doing their job.
2. chin_kh has already open a dispute topic, but suntzulee refused to reply or defend himself in that dispute topic. So no reason whatsoever to open a new one. If he wants to explain anything, explain it in the original thread thread.

for issue 1....why they cant just move the topic to subforum which they can obviously do? Why closing them?
nbtw...ppl do have their right to launch any complain....in the correct subforum...

and for ur 2 point....i have no comment

ur telling that u didnt sell the phone as sme set and the buyer is telling that u sold AP set as SME set... if u have any proof for it then show us... and to buyer does he have proof that seller sold the phone to him buy telling its SME set??

eventhough if there is no wrong in ur side as u claim y did u take sooooo long to come forward and clean ur name??

If he wants that dispute tag removed, then do so by explain & defend in the original dispute thread. There's absolutely no need to create a new one.

If he wants to whine, then he can whine all he wants in the kopitiam section. No one will close that topic.

Then do so after he has explain himself in the original dispute thread.
If he has explain himself in the original dispute thread with valid proof that he didn't do anything wrong but the moderator / staff / admin still ignores him / doesn't remove his dispute tag, then he can open a topic to complain.

But until now, suntzulee still fail to defend himself.

everyone got right to exercise their rights... its upto him to open a thread n let him..atleast here the buyer n mod can ask him n he will be willing to answer the questions for god sake who knows... let the thread be active n lets listen to his case and finish it off once for all rather than draging for more than a year... i really hope atleast now and here the buyer and seller will come a gud conclusion..

so TS , here as buyer says u conformed its a SME set and u agreed to help him but u didnt.. see all sides u have mistakes and first try to clear ur name laa bro... if u say u didnt do any wrong come here and answer what u got to say abt it...
