Nice man! It's a total of 9 month since the opening of this thread and you've do the right move! If he didn't want to settle the issue 1 year and 5 months ago, he doesn't deserve to solve this issue now and take his dispute tag off

If suntzulee intends to resolve the dispute but you aren't, I will consider the matter closed without resolution.

On April 21st 2014 (the 2nd anniversary of your dispute thread), I will remove suntzulee's dispute tag provided that he doesn't attract anymore disputes.
