The only way to settle this is to refund in full to chin_kh. Price depreciation is not taken into account here because you didn't bother to reply him when he filed a dispute against you. How could he ask for a full refund last time when you didn't even bother to reply him ? It's either Dispute Tag forever or full refund. Your choice.
