I rofl when i saw this thread. Apis had helped thousands of buyers avoid conmens and resolved disputes and he ain't even being paid for it.

You got exactly what you deserve when you decided to ignore your customer's complaints, and Apis is just reminding your potential buyers of what you did (AS SHOULD A MOD DO). That's all.
