Do you guy install grill for the yard also? Can the same company install it? Anyone else have recommendations?

I haven't installed the grill yet. Maybe later. I was quoted rm1400 for both front door and yard grill.

i misplaced my usb lol and in my usb it does not have the latest door grill

i dont think i will install water tank due to the number of ppl living in my unit. if wan to change to normal heater will need some changes in the piping unless u not using the shower head provided

Got the quote from one of the sales agents. They have their contractor. That was the price i was told.

I think wanna go for the water storage heater (tank), bcoz the normal instant heater we need to drill to the wall for mounting and etc (abit sayang wanna drill the wall.. haha..). But my concern is it does not have ELCB. Do u guys know if the tank type has any safety features similar to ELCB?

For the yard, I havent installed any grille yet. Thinking of building a window (with black tint) there instead for privacy.
Right now everyone can look right thru into the dining area if the yard door is open. And if i hang my underwear to dry at the yard, whole floor can see. Really uncomfortable with this lack of privacy.
Still sore over the corridor grille, i remember it was supposed to be aluminium louvre

you better ask permission from developer first. any deviation from normal standard will incur fine or demolition...

Done. Anyone contacted TM for unifi when they will be available?

I wanted to move my current unifi to shamelin star. But tm said shamelin star no coverage, so have to terminate. It is not even on their future list to be at ss.
They said i need to put in a request for unifi to go ss, and need developer to write in to unifi as well for them to consider to put ss on their future list.

u guys got use correct address when applying or not? i just noticed our address is residensi bintang shamelin lol. not in english

Btw,as my Rigel carpark @ lvl 5, can i access from Capella carpark entrance straight to lvl 3.Reason is if i come from Rigel carpark entrance....i pusing until want to vomit and the ramp to each is confusing.Any Rigel owner tried Capella entrance?

What is that Kindom Network banner thing? Are they internet provider? Can we push the developer to invite unifi and TIME to provide service to SS? Internet is a necessity nowadays.

I heard they are the only Internet provider now in Shamelin Star.

I called TM to inform them i would not want to terminate my Unifi account if i move to Shamelin Star in 3 weeks time due to no Unifi is available.

TM has verified that the No36A Jalan 4/91 has Unifi, just that so unfortunate no Unifi yet in Shamelim Star. The customer service which i called '100' earlier mentioned i need to go to TM Point to inform them about this and demand them to pull Unifi to Shamelin Star.

Anyone has gone thru this before?
