u may use the latest phase developer units pricing to determine the price of your current property... you sell higher than developer units confirm no one will buy... haha...

Last checked 2 weeks ago 500k for 871sf , really need some effort to push it up by developer

Understand that for 800 plus sq ft unit only 897 sq ft unit available. Inform but not verify that the price is already RM6XX,XXX.

Went to take my keys earlier. Saw got people start renovating already. Only a few moved in immediately. Maybe shall go again next week to do the defect checking.

i was there too earlier to show my parents around. ya quite noisy with all the renovation going on

Congratulations to all owners. How is the quality of the workmanship ?

Overall satisfying from my point of view, but there are a few things need to touchup abit. Will go for full inspection next week and fill in the defect form. Hopefully they can complete quick once we submitted the form.

Same here.. Got a call earlier today. But some already SMS and whatsapp since earlier this week.

not sure if the developer sell the contact or insider
but each time near VP time i got sms/call from contractor or agent asking if im interested to reno/sell/rent my unit.

if not by them then how those agent know we own a unit there? or maybe our own agent sell to other agent?

Anyone here moved in already?

POTENTIAL NEW TENANT

My wife and I are currently looking for a unit to rent.
We are a working couple with a good tenancy record - never missed any rental and we keep our rental house always in pristine condition.

Kindly PM if anybody have unit for rent. Preferably direct owner.

I'm R2808 just collected my VP keys and thought to enjoy the new home and marvelous facilities as per marketed by Landmark Zone, a ridiculous notice is appeared at management office. I thought the SPA maintenance and sinking fund of rm0.29 psf is already covered? Any new owner here saw this and whats your opinion ?
