Then i look at him and say how to pusing now?dah la the parking so damn small and narrow,. He terus say next time please use capella side to exit..  arghhh!! then he open for me to exit..

most probably the Access card signal is detect in-and-out of same entrance
E.g u enter from rigel then must exit from rigel.same as u come from cappella.
Using the same access card aso might play a part of detection.
