How big is your unit is it 871 sq ft ?
For the benefit of other unit owners how much is the renovation costs.
By the way I notice that your unit is not facing KLCC thus you have the benefit of enjoying morning sun and it is also quiet.

My reno cost = Est.Rm25k(plasterceiling,new electrical point,maindoor grill,yard grille and 3rd room grille,re-do a door for study room,wardrobe ,tv cabinet,bartop,and paint)exclude eletrical appliances&furniture
My unit is 897sf.
My unit is masteroom facing East aka sunrise.

Eric, have you tried to enter from Capella carpark entrance straight to level 3? Actually you can. You don't have to pusing from Rigel entrance to go to level 5

Unaware we have one.. let me know if u guys have created one.

Woah! Save alot of "headache" to go up to level 5 parking, bcoz if enter parking from Rigel alot of pusing2..

Let me know as well ya.I believe most of the replier's here are own staying.It is good that we have community channel to discuss matters .on top of that we can set our gathering once a month at our podium e.g pot luck or bbq at the park,pool party,healthy day at gym or even singing contest(must pay 10 bucks per hour ya) at this marvelous level 7.

According to i-property apps rental so-so only maybe 2km radius from SVM ,Ikea Cheras, Mytown,TRX.But Considering pricey one cochrane , v residence and continew , lavile,amayamaluri......shamelin star can be affordable at medium range rental......plus upcoming competition sky shamelin and 28blvd in 3 yrs.my humble one request to owners here....pls do not rent to niggas & middle easterner (if u guys heard of story of puchong has bcm africa village or serdang is middle easterner).......prc or vietnam or other asean country far better in terms of payment .

I dont think so can.. last week i when there i in using capella entrance when i chao i use Rigel exit .. i stuck there The guard told me if my block is capella then i need masuk keluar also Capella..
Then i look at him and say how to pusing now?dah la the parking so damn small and narrow,. He terus say next time please use capella side to exit.. arghhh!! then he open for me to exit..
