Yes you may say it is now expensive however 3 years later when you revisit this forum you will think that the price now is reasonable or even cheap. This is why they said that properties especially those located in strategic locations are a good hedge against inflation.
You need to evaluate the risk and made your own decision. By the way those early birds who bought about 2 years ago would have made handsome gains. |

Was informed that a nearby new project ie The Locus which is leasehold will be launching very soon. It is a 26 storey Service Apartments with indicative price of RM1K psf.
So are we getting a good deal for our Shamelin Star ? |

Went to Ikea Cheras last Sunday afternoon unfortunately the all the car park bays were full. If we stay at Shamelin Star probably can take a slow walk to Ikea Cheras.

Went to the sales gallery this morning. Work on the site has already started although it is Sunday morning.
Understand that construction has reached the highest floor. Looking forward to receive the keys next year. |

Went to the site this Sunday morning. A lot of construction activities there and saw many workers working plus lorry transporting materials. From what I observe construction is at advanced stage. Not surprise that the project will be completed this year.
SS's two high rise blocks certainly are game changer for Shamelin Perkasa and surrounding areas. Who know it could be the catalyst for the economic revival of the surrounding areas. Just imagine when SS are fully occupied how much business it could generate. Exciting times are coming. Sorry battery almost flat thus could not snap photo. Understand SS will be completed by this coming Sept. We shall see whether it will materialize or not. Developer is busy sourcing tenants for their retail units. Hope they manage to get established business to move in. Exciting time is coming.

It will be good if the developer could get establised supermarket chain and F&B to come in. The quality of the tenants will affect the value of service apartments as they could consider as amenities.

Went to the site today. Wow they have started to remove the green netting. You can see the blue glass of the windows. This is a massive HIGH END project and will bring much development to the surrounding areas. Urban Redevelopment. Congratulations to those who have bought units here. Those who miss the boat there will always be other projects.

Saw many activities on the ground. They are now doing the roads and around the entrants. We are still not allow to go in to view the interior hopefully the workmanship is ok.Very strong possibility that this massive project will be completed by 3rd quarter. EXCITING time for those who bought units. Wonder what will be the expected market value. Understand a nearby completed smaller project with much lesser amenities and facilities are fetching about 750 psf. Any input by other viewers will be appreciated.
