actually this thread... so much debate.... lol.... whats the point of defending the project here anyway.... less than 10% of the owners or potential buyers will really look at LYN also.... hahah.... for me... I am cheras lang and regularly lurking shamelin pandan perdana.... but then the spillover effect from Velocity or Mytown seems too far fetch and too high expectation even for my own view... but maybe/maybe not.... after 3-5 years.... we will know what will happen in this area.... there plenty of traffic and population surrounding shamelin... for own stay I think it wont be much issue... for investment or rental play... hmm......

yeah... i know... i only went thr for badminton and tgv only.... the rest... nah.... its a super dying mall.... haha....

well to be fair... this is an open forum.... even non owners also get to share their view as well.... the non owners might be the owner of surrounding shamelin project... and the non owners who are familiar with shamelin/perdana are also entitled to their view right... cheers bro....

u may use the latest phase developer units pricing to determine the price of your current property... you sell higher than developer units confirm no one will buy... haha...
