Have you received VP letter from Landmark? You should start to receive it by now since I have got it already

Most of the owners would have received the final billing from the developer. Follow up with your banks to ensure that they disbursed the balance loan promptly. Then collect your keys. Congratulations to all owners. If you are renovating your unit please share your design if possible.

Hi, does anyone have any issue with the service charge? I m being charged rm950 for 3 months for a 720sqf unit in the VP statement..

Anyone got issues to claim LAD (liquidated ascertained damages) ?
Developer said they will not paid LAD because they have extend construction period to 48 months and already agreed by majority owner !!  Unbelieveable  |
