Below para was taken from Enra/Perduren's Y2015 annual report:

The Shamelin Star project in Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Kuala Lumpur, comprising of 630 units of service apartments and 30 units of retail lots, was launched in July 2013. Approximately 75% of the service apartments have been sold as at 31 March 2015 whilst nearly all the retail units have been sold by the same
date. The substructure works have been completed while the overall project progress is about 40% completed. Various continuing and ongoing promotional activities are being carried out to boost the sales of the balance unsold units which are primarily Bumiputera units.

So the retails units have been sold? Maybe sold to related company entity? confused.gif confused.gif

It will be good if the developer could get establised supermarket chain and F&B to come in. The quality of the tenants will affect the value of service apartments as they could consider as amenities.

Yes the list is long. We want good restaurant, supermarket, hair saloon, confectionary & bakery, bookshop, conveience store, kopitiam etc.

I used to live there during my bujang days. My office used to be there until we moved office to BTS. And now i am renting in tasik permaisuri nearby shamelin and my new office.

2 years in shamelin before moved office, i think shamelin i get to know actually the place is quite strategic. U can get access to KL city centre, PJ area, kajang, etc quite easily. And i think if shamelin can pickup again despite their 'bad' years before, i think they can mature into a decent to good area.

But that is only my opinion. Maybe u guys can share ur thoughts as well. Need to attend to my wife now, her water just broke. I am gonna be a father soon.

Went to the site today. Wow they have started to remove the green netting. You can see the blue glass of the windows. This is a massive HIGH END project and will bring much development to the surrounding areas. Urban Redevelopment. Congratulations to those who have bought units here. Those who miss the boat there will always be other projects.
