I believe it is due to be completed 3rd quarter of this year maybe somewhere in August or Sept i think. Quite some time since i drove past the area. I wonder if they have finished until the highest floor.....

Yup, walking distance from shamelin star. Behind my old office. The lot is abit smaller than shamelin star. Smaller types of units as well. Price also quite ok giving the unit's size.

Anyhow, good to know will be having neighbours in the shamelin neighbourhood. Hope the shabby clubs will be closing soon due to people are living in the area.

i drive by it every morning going to work, never see any progress from far. if got time i will go nearer, maybe they starting at lower floor.

Went to the site this Sunday morning. A lot of construction activities there and saw many workers working plus lorry transporting materials. From what I observe construction is at advanced stage. Not surprise that the project will be completed this year.
SS's two high rise blocks certainly are game changer for Shamelin Perkasa and surrounding areas. Who know it could be the catalyst for the economic revival of the surrounding areas. Just imagine when SS are fully occupied how much business it could generate. Exciting times are coming. Sorry battery almost flat thus could not snap photo.

I'm sorry to say this but the whole area in cheras indah will take a loooooooong time to change. The shamelin mall is literally dead and dodgy yet another commercial place is being set up? Bette pray that a shake head club won't be opening right below Your unit.

It's an industrial area with hell lots of dodgy clubs around. The DSL is only around 500k to 600k there in cheras indah.

I can't deny the convenience like direct access to loke yew highway where it links to pj and kl.. LRT station etc but some factors just can't be taken away. Just hope that you won't have shabby neighbours.

Food there are ridiculously good tho especially the duck shop nearby.
