hi, i just found out this project after ikea cheras opened. so hows the progress now?

already can see both tower at their highest floor, i believe they are now working on the interior.

dont think can be done by mid of this year, and of course i would love to have it asap

1 or 2 project is quite difficult to enhance the overall surrounding area.

to revamp, must have a sizable project with overall good planning/ master plan.

thats why those Sime Darby, EcoWorld, SP Setia etc can sell easily.

Let us assume the present price is RM700 psf it is certainly not middle cost apartment !

That is what she mentioned to me.. But based from my "little" experience, i do think it can maybe get completed by August/ September.

But maybe not be including the CF etc la.. Maybe by end of this year we can start to enter for checking, renovation etc.. Moving in maybe early next year..

That is just my prediction la.. But who knows they can get it completed earlier..

pricing does not make a project high or low end. this place is absolutely surrounded by freaking congested parking and old buildings eyesores.

Let us assume 1500 to 3200 per square ft is high end.

And harp is right. The surroundings make it bad.

Understand SS will be completed by this coming Sept. We shall see whether it will materialize or not. Developer is busy sourcing tenants for their retail units. Hope they manage to get established business to move in. Exciting time is coming.
