By "broke" do you mean a hairline crack or a piece of the glass fell out?

Assuming it is a hairline crack, I am not sure if it can be mended but you could give those shops which fixes cracks on windscreen a try but be reminded that plastic and glass do react differently.

Accessory shops sells foglamps in pairs so it would be quite hard for you get one from them, MAYBE you can get one from your local "chop shop". I am sure by now there are many City parts lying around there.

The whole piece fell off. Any idea around how much would it cost for a pair of the foglamps from accessory shops?

shocking.gif Accident?

If i am not mistaken, it should costs around RM150 - RM200. If you are good at bargaining, you may land one with RM110 but since you only require one, why not drop by one of those "chop shop". I'm sure they'll have a good one you can use. Jack up the car a little bit and install yourself.

If i may ask, why do you want to change the extractor. To be honest, though it "may" increase a little in acceleration but i don't find the costs and the noise it emits justifiable. Is your car still under Honda warranty? If yes, i advised you not to.

No matter how bad you mod the City, it's still a 1.5 iVTEC, it will never outrun a 1.8. It's called "City" for a reason and not "Track".

In any event, to answer your question. 4-1 for pick up and 4-2-1 for top speed. It all boils down to what you prefer, you can never have both so you have to sacrifice either one to gain the other. One more thing, if you are very sensitive to fuel consumption then think twice because the effects of replacing stock extractors is uncertain.

Unless you are on expressway constantly then i suggest you go for the 4-1 arrangement.

Car just clocked 65k service ...

Am having problem with frequent burnout of the right headlights ...

Replaced it barely 2 weeks and it just burnt out again, i am using philips extreme vision ...

Checked and i can see there is some exposed wirre on the line to the T5 cables ...

Could it be shortcircuit? Read about it and got to check the running voltage ...

Is this something any workshop can do or should i go back to Honda ...

Agreed flex.gif ..had most UR bars for CIty09 installed also...worth it..u will definitely love it...but the feel is very rigit...so if u wan comfort then not advisable...

One thing about CITY's UR rear anti roll bar is that they dont have bush joints so your car will be rigit and when on bunpy roads your Plank B will make noise...then u have to go honda service center to adjust it..that was the issue i went tru...but i changed my UR arb 16mm to a Taiwan brand...got bush joint so ride more comfortable and its 25mm...Cun babe.....expensive but i think its worth it...

just my 2 cent...

BlackWoods, What kind of brake noise are you talking about? high speed above 100km/h whirring noise when you brake? or low speed? or crawling?
*
QUOTE(mytaffeta @ Jul 16 2013, 08:10 PM)
if crawling, then the sound was there since day 1..
*
Should be low speed and "crawling", not sure the term used is what I want to express or not.

Let say you can step 100% on the brake, but when you step only around 30-60% of the brake and release it bit by bit, the noise will come on.

I can hear this noise from almost all automatic transmission car, but the one in my City is far too loud, even my song playing at volume 12-13 I can still hear it clearly, kinda annoying.

crawling like at traffic jams lo. u just press 10-30% just to inch the car forward. It shouldn't be so loud. but confirm will have sound cause you are just grazing your pads and disc together.

my pads and discs make a lot of noise. but that is cause i made it like that. haha. stupid grooves on the brembo makes more noise than stock.

Brembo max? Or BBK? Haha pads that you are using also a factor...oem ones should not make so many noise...try changing to organic non asbestos base pads...

Hmm...sure bro...u can do that too...for me certain stuff i will try leaving it to honda...even tho warranty expired d...
Rat bitings? Where u park bro...the only reason why electronic or bulbs wear faster is due to in consistant voltage...
