QUOTE(zap188 @ Mar 29 2013, 11:07 AM) No actual monthly statement has been issued as yet. Is the cashback figure shown on Maybank2U online deemed to be finalised? If not, they can always revert and re-do the whole exercise again and still maintain the RM 3 million figure. MBB will not do that.. else it's gonna get complaint calls/letters CC to BNM

I'm sure there is something wrong with the calculation of the rebate. I spent RM759 (559 + 200) at The Gardens on 1 Dec, RM212 at 1 Utama on 2 Dec, RM830 at MV on 29 Dec. My rebate is RM102.30. Total 4 swipes. All retail spendings. Sony Center, Robinsons, Victoria Secret, Optimal.
Assuming my swipe on 29 Dec was after quota filled...No matter how you match the receipts, it doesn't match up to RM102.30 (amount as stated in m2u) after 15% rebate...
559 + 200 = 759 * 15% = 113.85 559 + 212 = 771 * 15% = 115.65 200 + 212 = 412 * 15% = 61.80

I just checked my statement, and the one transaction that made me hit beyond RM2k (thus being eligible for the RM300 cashback) was on 19 Jan at Jusco Dept 1U. If that one is not eligible then it must be the transaction at Best Denki 1U the next day (20 Jan).

I paid my Maxis bill at Sunway Pyramid on the 5th of Jan as well. That would sum up to over RM2k spent...Just gave customer service a call. Hoping for the good news by COB...

U didnt subscribe to it? then probably u have to search through m2u to get back the old statement.

If I am the principle and my wife will be the suppliment, should she present when I apply supplimentary for her? I applied supp MB2card for my son early this month at KLCC. Signature for supp card holder is required. We got the cards within 60min and get a RM10 Starbucks card. This post has been edited by tbheng: Mar 30 2013, 01:26 AM

Is Tesco really not counted? Seems a grey area in the TnC that says exclude Hypermarkets but Tesco was not named there. QUOTE The Qualified Retail Transaction does not include transactions from: 1.10.2 Supermarkets/Hypermarkets which are located in the 21 Participating Shopping Malls including but not limited to Cold Storage, Jusco Supermarket, Carrefour, Giant, Mercato De Market Place, Village Grocer, Isetan Supermarket, Jason Food Hall & Urban Fresh Market Place
