I spent just above RM2k in 1 day on the 1ST WEEKEND on the 1ST DAY of the 15% promo, and I only received RM115.80 cash back! doh.gif

But was the RM2k in one purchase or multiple purchases ? Are the merchants the "right merchant" ?

now they are investigating on my purchases and it seems they notice some error, so i may get 300 within 2 weeks time also smile.gif

I didn't get any cashback despite spending >3K on 1st Dec at Diamond & Platinum at Queensbay Mall. Called CS to verify, seems D&P was not in the merchant list of Queensbay Mall in their system. CS will circulate to merchant dept & will provide rebate once confirm the shop was indeed located inside Queensbay Mall... Hopefully can get my rebate soon....

i also spend on 1st day at QBay Mall and didn't get the cash back, will the AMEX miss out the QBay??

Received my cash rebate of RM300 for my transaction at Maxis Centre Pavilion on 1st Dec 2012. Paying my phone bill of RM2000 thru my AMEX 2 card.

check mine too, my purchase at AEON melaka departmental store is not included sad.gif but same day purchase at same shopping mall but other store entitled with that ...
