WOW, I'm quite surprised I got some (RM300) from the 3MIL CASHBACK promo. I'm trying to recall when and where exactly I spent... gonna have a look at my statements. I remember that time you guys were already posting 'by now should be all claimed already' or something similar.

Maybe this is one of the tactic to discourage people from finishing up the rebate fast.

Just CS, confirmed Maybank missed 14 merchants from their list, these merchants are big name like AEON. My case is they missed AEON 1U. No wonder some members still entitiled for the rebate as late as 26 Jan as reported in this forum. I think because of this miss, Maybank definitely issue >3millions to Amex cardholders

That's something.... never mind lah Maybank group already earned RM7.9 billion profit in Year 2012.... what's RM3 million

Better call up the Maybankard CS to check.... what was the transaction date ?

oh no then later they'll say the 3 million all snapped up as i dont think they can deduct it (as given rebates now) from those who spend it later towards end of jan

yeah it's unfair and let's see what they'll do since it's their problem

actually not only they left out aeon, for my case some eating places,clothing/cosmetic merchants also they left out

but they already max out the cashback for that campaign. That mean either they have to revert back the cash back given to those who spent at the end of january which is not qualified for the cashback OR get more money just to reimburse the cash back

No actual monthly statement has been issued as yet. Is the cashback figure shown on Maybank2U online
deemed to be finalised? If not, they can always revert and re-do the whole exercise again and still maintain the RM 3 million figure.
