How are you? Wanted to get some advice from the sifus here when it comes to redemption. How do you guys choose when its best to choose Krisflyer and when to use Enrich? Does Enrich have a similar program like Krisflyers spontaneous escapes? Ignore quality and service of airlines...how do we know which destination or when to book enrich or kf to get the best value for your buck? from redemption so far...KF seems to require less points for most destinations....my conversion from cc points to KF and Enrich is the same so its matter of miles required. Hope to get some good feedback. Thank you.

Hi, I have just signed up Enrich online and very new to this. Noticed that I can redeem 1000 Enrich with 7000 treatpoints which is considered a good deal as I can book hotel rooms with Enrich points. Since I am new, I do not know how the redemption works. Is the points transferred to my Enrich Account directly by MBB or I will receive some sort of code or something via courier / email? If let's say, i receive a code, where should I enter those code at Enrich

Call the bank to convert points to Enrich then converted points will be in your Enrich account few days later.

I have a maybank 2 card and just converted to the maybank Manchester card.
I seldom travel to oversea, and spending on Lazada the most and retail.

For those who are a veteran in this game. As a Malaysian, are we limited to Malaysian airlines, Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific with our redemption? Or is there a way for us to get points for Qatar, Etihad, Emirates and the likes? How do we use our treat points to redeem for these online at a decent conversion?

Personally i dont belief there is such limitation (to MAS, SIA or Cathay) just that which airline are more convenient for you to travel to the destination you desire...

Was wondering whether anyone has seen ‘Enrich saver’ fare for Business suite to NRT before?

So far the dates I browsed, seems like it’s all based on dynamic pricing.

Was just wondering to get some data points on how much it would cost to redeem a business suite flight.

I had that for a one way flight back from NRT if that helps.

Mind sharing how much points + tax it costed and what month of travel it was?

And I note the points cost one way from NRT - KUL is significantly higher than KUL - NRT
