If you want to use your enrich for your family is it possible?

Hi, I have just signed up Enrich online and very new to this. Noticed that I can redeem 1000 Enrich with 7000 treatpoints which is considered a good deal as I can book hotel rooms with Enrich points. Since I am new, I do not know how the redemption works. Is the points transferred to my Enrich Account directly by MBB or I will receive some sort of code or something via courier / email? If let's say, i receive a code, where should I enter those code at Enrich

My friend told me other bank such as maybank is reflected instantly, i wonder if alliance bank, do i need to redeem via online redemption or make call to allicance bank?
