i've requalified for silver sometime in Aug - Sep but i dont receive new card & luggage tags.
Last year it was fast, like 1 to 2 weeks after qualifying flight sectors.

is this only for 1 time gift for elite members?

It doesn't matter whether you receive the new card & luggage tag or not, just use your MH number upon check in and you would see that it will be listed as Enrich Silver or Ruby for the One World.

of course there is a lot more interesting ones, but this particular luggage tags one must fly enough to get mah tongue.gif
and it's cool to see those tags among bags during crew change tongue.gif
no doubt the golden & platinum cards are cooler, but it's so hard to push up to 50 flights a year.

dont want for people to know your name? just gantung it by flipping it over. it's the color that is important smile.gif

Don't get me started with Malaysia Airlines!

I paid additional to get the L/V/S class but they have issued me a wrong class at N class only and I called the call center and was told to email them and she hung up on me! Emailed them and was given a case number and that's it, it's been more than 1 month and every time when I tried to follow up, I was told to wait for further instruction on email. It's their mistake and they make it like it's my fault!

The best way is to go to their ticketing counter/office and resolve it there & then

You can't upgrade CX tickets using MH miles. Oneworld doesn't have intra-alliance upgrade opportunities. (Star has it)
Codeshares are even murkier territory tbh because MH might not have access to CX's business inventory, etc.

Only CX bookings in YBHKML fares can upgrade using Asia Miles.

if the flight code starts with CX then you can't use your Enrich miles.

That's right, you can't use your Enrich miles on any non-MH flight. But athlon mentioned it's a code-share, so if its bookable via Enrich or MH website then it will have a MH flight number allowing you to use your Enrich Miles assuming the booking was completed via MH's website and not CX.

Malaysia Airlines' award chart specifically excludes codeshare flights, though.
