Unbilled amount means total unbill for call,sms usage+ data usage or total call , sms usage only?

too bad order from celcom blue cube online have to register new number...the only way to get iphone5 with using my old celcom postpaid is visit celcom center...but them always out of stock !

I called bck shortly after I spoke to that useless girl. another malay girl lodged a report for me and told that she will get bck to me in 3 working days. Again I know it's just 5 bucks but I see no reason paying celcom for nothing.
