Same here... really disappointed with their services... i reigster last saturday.. but untill now i my phone still out of services... more than 1 week not services... i am existing celcom user (sup line user), the person told me i cant directly apply the iphone package... i need to terminate the existing line and re-register back the package... so need take around 3 days to activated... but today already more than 1 week.. i go other dealer to ask for status... the dealer person told me i actually i not need terminated my line to sign for iphone.. i can directly upgrade the package... so i no need to wait so long to get the phone... but the center where i sign package never told me that, somemore i double confirm with them 1st before i sign... now no ppl respond to me also... ask me to wait wait wait... dunno when i need to wait.....

Judging from your replies, seems that you are celcom staff or perhaps blind supporter of that telco

Did anyone have issue with celcom broadband? Mine is good but sometimes annoyingly my iphone will pickup edge instead of 3g..and that sometimes happens quite frequent.

I´m from Argentina, and soon I will be in Kuala Lumpur on vacation and wanted to buy an iPhone 5.

I have some doubts:

Its possible buy an iPhone 5 from Celcom store without contract, paying the full price (RM 2799)??? Or they sell only with contract???
And if I buy an iPhone paying full price, it´s like an iPhone factory unlocked??? Or I´m wrong?
When I return to Argentina can use it then was I use currently today my iPhone 4?

I can not buy it directly from the Apple Store Online because I have no time for shipment and delivery in Kuala Lumpur. I will stay only two days (weekend) in Kuala Lumpur.
Can anyone help me please?

im on celcom network, using iphone 5. the network shown sometimes 3G, but most of the time E. but it didnt have any pattern, it just happen to fluctuate anytime, anywhere. im in penang by the way. butterworth area.

i also got my december bill, which is my 1st bill. porting from digi last 3 weeks.
total  74.26, but since got advance payment,  150-74.25= - 75.24
so i no need to pay 2months bills because of advance payment.

have just got my iphone 5 yesterday at celcom kajang.
1st the celcom guy at front said have to take queue number to get iphone 5 because no stock. so i'd decided to get other phone. but then, celcom lady at the back said they have stock. both color. so i take the white one. she takes my  prev celcom sim card, cut it and put it to my new iphone. the hp is all good. happy customer.

Maybe, new Nano SIM card is only issued for new customer, eh??? Better to check with CELCOM what is their SOP. Wonder what is MAXIS's SOP????
