Ya, i direct change frm family plan to ip98 plan. Refer to the blue cube staff at mahkota cheras, my subline will remain the same rate n free call from main line to subline. Hv to get the first bill to confirm bout tis.

Think celcom dun hv SOP yet bout tis

So far sastify wt the ip5 but celcom data sometime so slow....

Which part of Subang? Sunway I think no stock but idk la.. When to Subang Parade Blue Cube, they got stock but not for Celcom's contract..

do CELCOM have special deal like MAXIS ONE MEMBER CLUB?? such as waive advance payment

Yeah, Celcom at Sg chua... That's why they got so many stocks, maybe bcos its too far from KL... Plus its not as popular as other Celcom Centre...

You have to restart your phone for it to be activated.

If you leave it on since you purchased, it will not auto activate. Maybe for those who are having the same problem of the line not being activated, you should try to restart your phone and see if it works.

Also try calling the customer service and provide them with your IMEI number (which can be obtained from the phone settings) and see if they can check the status of your form. Get a Service Ticket / Trouble ticket and it will be tracked.

today went to celcom center at TTDI, they told me they only can scan all the doc and email to the person in charge of the blue cube that i bought the phone and ask them to activate my number.. WTF, a celcom center cant activate my number ?? what a funny joke...

wat kind of complaining about their services? sunway iconic rite? i went there last week to porting from digi prepaid to celcom postpaid at 9pm. nextday at 5pm already can use celcom. previously on digi, i can use it until 5pm, when i realize no service coverage. change to celcom sim card and can make call already.

then i prebook iphone5 there, last saturday they call me mention got stock edy, but i dont want white, and told them i will keep waiting for black.
so far i find their services quite ok.

Did anyone have issue with celcom broadband? Mine is good but sometimes annoyingly my iphone will pickup edge instead of 3g..and that sometimes happens quite frequent.

same here. very frequent drop from 3g to Edge, but coverage wise is better than digi. Long term wise I think celcom is still cheaper than maxis, taking into consideration the 10/20 months rebate.

actually the remedy to this is to force the device to just accept the 3g/umts signal rather than edge. which can be done using any android phone/tablet.

i have samsung galaxy tab 10.1 and thats what suggested by celcom technical person themselves. and happily getting a strong signal with healthy speed.

how i wish ios to have this feature too. hope that when jailbreak we will have this feature.

hi guys after 10 days of using my iphone this morning sudd it had no 3g, so when i called celcom line i found out that my phone is barred due to 3g usage of 1gb(which i had to pay 200+ for that) cuz my data that i subsribed is just voice plan and not including data ! but i thought i have subscribed to the first prime package where there is 3gb data for that !! haizz they said they have to investigate only will issue rebate to me but clearly this is their fault as upon registration the first prime package was the only package available right?? anyone having this issue as well?? dah lah battery drain fast .. now sumore got this kinda problem as well ;(

same problem here, this am got sms saying i already over 1GB quota and i login to online CS seeing i still on old mBasic package with 1GB quota~! and now speed been throttle...sigh...really disappointed with celcom, wtf
