yay got mine 16gb white at Gardens blue cube. arrived there around 10pm after searching every blue cube for stocks. luckily they allowed me to buy although shop closed already. convert from prepaid to postpaid. the nxt day around 5pm my prepaid cannot be used but postpaid not yet activated. ;( next day, in the afternoon my line got activated. yay! just sharing. ;P

Mine even worse, barred my line as they claimed that I exceeded the credit limit due to the penalty of early contract termination. After checking, I did ended my contract 2 days earlier as I was on the pre-order during last year's 4S. When I check with Bluecube Iconic, they said the penalty is waived for those pre-order. My line was therefore unbarred through Bluecube Iconic. The thing is, none of them told me about this during launch day, else, I would have waited 2 more days to take my pre-orders.

Worse still, after 2 days, my line was barred again, for the second time, claiming the same stupid reason. I have to top up 200 ringgit into my account just to unbar it as it was on Sunday and I needed to make calls. I was being pushed around by CS and the Celcom branch in PJ and I don't think I will go back to Sunway Iconic every 2 days just to unbar my line due to the mistake they made, what a terrible service. This will be the final time I use Celcom, will definitely port out after contract ends next year.

I´m from Argentina, and soon I will be in Kuala Lumpur on vacation and wanted to buy an iPhone 5.

I have some doubts:

Its possible buy an iPhone 5 from Celcom store without contract, paying the full price (RM 2799)??? Or they sell only with contract???
And if I buy an iPhone paying full price, it´s like an iPhone factory unlocked??? Or I´m wrong?
When I return to Argentina can use it then was I use currently today my iPhone 4?

I can not buy it directly from the Apple Store Online because I have no time for shipment and delivery in Kuala Lumpur. I will stay only two days (weekend) in Kuala Lumpur.
Can anyone help me please?

woho, got mine 32gb black at sunway iconic just now.
pre book with staff last week, saturday, she called got stock but white, i told her i will wait for black. and today just went there just asking if got stock or not.
lucky me, staff there mention got new stock but still not release yet since those are for tmrrow / few days stock i think, called her boss and her boss said can release it.

bring back home, and realize my old phone line no service anymore, turn on my ip5, then can use edy. fuuuu, so fast.

You can ask around at mobile phone stores especially around low yat plaza or sg wang. I cut mine at a stall nearby my house for free.

What is the average speed with this Celcom First + mAdvanced/mPro plan? Celcom website mentioned max only 3.6mbps, is this true?

Same goes to me. I usually will get 6Mbps in KLCC area and at my home (kota damansara). Other places like Taman Dagang Ampang or Ara Damansara..around 3-5Mbps. Using plan RM98 too.
