If you leave it on since you purchased, it will not auto activate. Maybe for those who are having the same problem of the line not being activated, you should try to restart your phone and see if it works.
Also try calling the customer service and provide them with your IMEI number (which can be obtained from the phone settings) and see if they can check the status of your form. Get a Service Ticket / Trouble ticket and it will be tracked.
