Same DPS, LS & LOH, in the same build,

with FoT,
LS - 351.96/hit avg
LOH - 1758.75/hit avg

with exploding palm,
LS - 1725.04/hit avg
LOH - 1407/hit avg

i want over 50% cc lolz.

500 CD is not hard actually,

from
ring (around 30-50)
weapon x2 (200 - 350)
belt (35-50)
glove (20-50)
amulet (50-80)

but still depend on the stats and balance.

Per hit, yes your computation is right BUT....

I think yor missed the part that cyclone and vortex damage. The vortex is DoT hence you get 45% of your weapon damage LS per tick. Also, the cyclones at 20% weapon damage per tick. This is why LS is far superior for a cookie cutter build is because ..all these adds up compared with LOH. Just imagine 6 cyclones out there...how much LS are you getting from each strikes? Plus Vortex...IMBA lol

the main reason LS > LoH imho isn't because of that. it's because LS scales and LoH is forever static.

Highest stun % for FoA is 5% only if im not mistaken..

5.6% highest...anything which is 5.x is good. Not much rolls you can get from FoA.

nice!

some humble comments:
1. MoC monk should go to the buddy crowd instead of solo raka, let moe monk tank raka instead, this will improve the effeciency.
2. bell + blind was so good vs magda. Love it! let the mor/moe monk use that, as most of the time a mor/moe monk had full spirit pool, compare to moc/moh monk.
3. moc monk best use blind + 7ss sudden assault (with 2h skorn / high per-hit weapon even better) but at least have a buddy to use guiding light.

for the rakanoth+ghom, just another way of doing it..
my party always go full force on rakanoth first. because ghom will always stick. it's like killing 2 at the same time. by the time rakanoth dies, ghom is already halfway down. so far this approach is the fastest i could kill both.
