Banning these jokers are too strong. Better to educate potential buyers & those asking for advice so they can make sound judgement themselves and know which sellers are honest and which are not. This is part of being an adult after all.

Yeah unfortunately Cimaris is one man show so he limited resources to how much he can do such indepth reviews plus he also does check out other PC hardwares particularly fans nowadays.

But others (like Anand) pun boleh laa as the most important is knowing the guts what components difference they both using; maybe 1 full Jap caps the other partial Jap caps or something. Another is the fan used. Good luck finding out.

If not, I would say cast your search net wider to find other reviews but might not have done for both as comparison. From cultist list at least its confirmed PTM Pro is A tier grade while PTM X Pro is speculative A tier so make it what you will.

Interesting that I can't find much review on FSP Hydro PTM Pro ATX 3.0 1200w but I assume it's the same as the non ATX 3.0 version that was released on 2022.. I guess it's not bad... Considering the limited stock that the distributor have.. I don't have much choices.
