i choose that psu which has much higher watt than i need because i think this will make it more long life

Higher wattage PSU does not prolong your PSU lifespan longer. Getting one with good quality does. If budget around RM200, can consider this:

So I've noticed in my Uncle PC that there's this PSU in his PC which he brought from a system integrator
This to me looks like a cap ayam PSU and it makes a loud sound for 5 minutes ( tested the fan with a toothpick, feels like the fan is failing.... ), does it looks cap ayam to anyone here?

Swap that unit for a decent quality unit made by a reputable manufacturer

So I’ve brought a replacement PSU for my uncle which is a cooler master V550 gold..... when I test it in a case, I can hear coil whine when I was at the back of the case, but when I was in front of the computer( as if normal sitting position), the coil whine is inaudible, is this Normal ?

Yes coil whine is perfectly normal and usually does not indicate a faulty PSU

More than enough - even a good quality 550W can power a 5700 XT easily

P.S. that board has poor VRMs setup - consider the ASRock B450M Pro4 instead if you can

checked by store nothing wrong with the HW (they can boot up until BIOS), and also my monitor is fine as im using it now.
