NP8130 upgrades are quite limited (i think max only allow you up to GTX670 and the following generations). only those with NP8150 or NP8170 have more options.

after some searches, yes its possible. the PSU also needed to be upgraded. PSU unit is at least 180w for NP8130 and NP9150 (220w for NP8170)

1st time i was just like you. i was thinking about bringing back a NP9370 but after some thoughts, the importance of shipping fees need to be considered. also, what happens if the shipping procedure goes wrong? some more, can you trust our country's custom officers? so when there is a reseller in malaysia, you are lucky enough.

ps - illegear and sager are actually the same. the chassis is originally by Clevo, a taiwanese company.

too bad that they arent MXM. reviews at notebookcheck said that its a soldered card.

RE series = NP6350 and NP6370

RE - comes with 15" and 17" full HD screen. processor only upgradeable. (most affordable)
RS - comes with 15" and 17" full HD screen. processor and graphics card upgradeable. (average pricing but better performance)
RX - 17" full HD screen only, processor and graphics card upgradeable with SLi or CrossFireX option. (less affordable but best performance)

they can last long if you take care of the laptop, no matter what brand you are.

the 2 option suggested is because i see most adults rarely play games. with that kind of price, they can get an affordable large sized laptop for entertainment mainly.

EDIT - Prince J, when will the new NP9570 released? or so called 'RZ-17'? biggrin.gif
